October 2023 President’s Letter

Well, team, here we are, rolling into another October! What a year it has been so far, and sadly for me, it’s almost over. However, the great thing about this October is that AATC’s landmark events, the Trade Show and Education Conference, take place.  

I know what you’re thinking—these events take place in November! Well, THIS YEAR, due to logistical issues with local venues, we had to move to October 19th. That means we are doing this just about two weeks from now. Get your teams SIGNED UP. Don’t miss this excellent opportunity to experience our new education conference format featuring two keynote speakers and 16 different educational sessions throughout the day. Did I mention that for the first time, we have MAINTENANCE tracks for our education conference? And Maintenance teams are only $99 per person. We are excited to deliver on the request to provide courses for our beloved maintenance professionals, make sure you sign them up so they aren’t left out! 

And listen to this: you could walk away with $2,000 just by attending our trade show. Be aware, however, that you MUST be present to win any prize drawings. There will also be plenty of opportunities to win booth prizes. You won’t know until you come out and join us, but please REGISTER first. It’s FREE for all Owner managers on-site and corporate teams—leasing, maintenance, porters, groundskeepers, assistant managers, managers, regionals, and CEO’s. All are welcome!

I’d also like to take this chance to thank everyone who made our most recent PAC Events, the Fall Golf Tournament, and our Pickleball Tournament, extremely successful.
