FWAAEF Mission Statement

The Fort Worth Apartment Association’s Education Foundation (FWAAEF) is committed to making a positive impact in the multi-family industry. Our mission is to forge strong and positive connections throughout the industry and beyond through professional education. Our commitment is to instill the FWAA spirit and culture so that future leaders can build a strong foundation of knowledge while achieving independence and confidence through professional education while cultivating excellence.


How to Participate

Members of the Fort Worth Apartment Association (“FWAA”) are eligible to apply for educational financial assistance from the FWAA Education Foundation which provides professionals in the property management industry with financial assistance toward professional growth and continuing education. Scholarships are available for all NAAEI designations offered at the Fort Worth Apartment Association and any other professional education programs offered at other institutions.

The FWAA Education Foundation will agree to pay partial or the full amount of the total cost of the following programs contingent upon the successful completion of all criteria and online submission forms. Applicant(s) must be serious about pursuing a career in the residential property management industry and provided that the following guidelines are met:

  • Successfully submit the online scholarship application 
  • This scholarship is for financial assistance of professional education either from NAAEI Certified Programs and any other professional education programs.
  • The scholarship award is nontransferable.
  • Applications will be reviewed by the FWAA Education Foundation Board of Directors and recipients will be chosen by the EF Management Board.
  • The scholarship award must be used within 24 months of the award date.

The Foundation’s primary goal is to provide education, training, and recruitment programs that will attract, nurture, and retain best-in-class multifamily industry professionals and cultivate the next generation of industry leaders.
