Give your insight and recommendations for this one-of-a-kind event where Owner-Managers (OMs) sit at the tables and suppliers play a game of ‘speed-dating’ as they give each OM they can visit their 5-minute pitch. This committee connects suppliers and decision-makers for a unique networking experience that benefits the FWAA PAC.

NextGen Committee

Education Committee

Lone Star Awards Committee
The FWAA Lone Star Awards and Leadership Celebration is the first of its kind in the DFW multifamily space. Celebrating over 20-years of excellence in the industry. Help plan and prepare for FWAA’s annual awards gala, recognizing outstanding achievements across our membership.

Membership Committee
Grow our membership community! Focus on recruitment, retention, and engagement, including supporting and outreach to Independent Rental Owners. FWAA membership is the core of our business. Nothing we do could happen without the continual support of our members. This committee helps recruit more amazing members and promotes all FWAA events.

Community Service Committee
Give back in a big way! This committee is the heart and soul of FWAA.
This committee oversees the Fundraising Arm of FWAAA. It will lead initiatives like: FWAACares, Charity Bowling Tournament, the FWAA Volunteer Day, Christmas Party and Toy Drive, Charity Golf Tournaments raising funds for both Military Veterans and FWAA’s Education Foundation. In addition, the committee will engage in meaningful discussions on how FWAA can be impactful within the community. Make a real difference while building meaningful connections.
