FWAA Leadership Lyceum
Where Association Leaders are Built
The Fort Worth Apartment Association (FWAA) Leadership Lyceum works to identify and develop a well-informed and highly motivated group of emerging multifamily housing leaders, people with a vision for, and commitment to the mission and strategic objectives of the FWAA. We provide the path and the connections to create a dynamic leadership experience. The vast majority of our future leaders are Lyceum graduates.
The Lyceum group will be immersed in and grow their knowledge of Association Management, Advocacy, Community Service, and Governance.
The Lyceum program consists of: leadership training discussing association foundations, local advocacy, and community service. The program culminates in a collaborative group project presented to our Board of Directors. Successful completion of the program includes recognition at the annual Lone Star Awards Celebration event.
To be considered for the program you must:
- Be a current member of FWAA
- Commit to attend all three dates should you be selected
Candidates are selected annually by the Leadership Lyceum Council.
Submissions for next year will open in October. Selections will be made by December.
