Multifamily Owner-Manager Gives Back to Local Community

One of the largest affordable multifamily owners and managers in the U.S. is supporting local communities and its residents with a give-back program.

In a time when the pandemic has forced people apart through social distancing, one multifamily owner and manager is making sure it’s doing its best to bring people together. Envolve LLC, one of the largest affordable multifamily owners and managers in the U.S., is supporting local communities and its residents with a give-back plan: the Envolve Resident Lunch Program.

“The Envolve Resident Lunch Program has been such a success,” says Daniel Hughes, Chairman & CEO of Envolve LLC. “I’m happy to say that we have expanded it across our family of companies, which has a footprint in many parts of the nation. In addition, we’ve founded two new programs recently to benefit our valued employees, wonderful residents, and widespread communities: the Envolve Wellness Program and the Get Envolved Foundation.”

The lunch program recently made its way to Deville Manor Apartments in Meridian, Miss. On top of providing residents with lunch, Envolve also donated more than 100 face masks. The company purchased ribs, BBQ chicken, potato salad, and baked beans from The Rib Shack—a local favorite.

“We care deeply about our residents here at Envolve, and we were honored to provide lunch for our senior community, Deville Manor,” says Jeff Ezekiel, President of Envolve Communities. “Their thank-you cards touched the hearts of so many at the company. When COVID started, we put measures in place to protect our residents (putting a special focus on our vulnerable seniors). This event was a wonderful way to treat them since we’ve been unable to hold in-person events for quite a while—and, of course, a way to support a locally owned restaurant in Meridian.

“Many of these amazing seniors are also participating in our Envolve Wellness Program that we started during COVID. The program is structured to allow our employees and residents to focus on and improve their wellness from the convenience of home. This new program is free for all employees and residents and just another way that we are encouraging everyone out there to Get Envolved!”
