FWAA members brought the holiday spirit into full swing on December 10th at the Hurst Conference Center during the Merry Movie Christmas Party. Nearly 200 guests gathered to celebrate the season while making a meaningful impact through toy and cash donations supporting the Community Enrichment Center with the goal of helping over 1,000 families for Christmas. The generosity of our members was on full display, and, as always, they came through in a big way.
This event raised an impressive $20,475 in total contributions, including $16,500 worth of toys, calculated at $15 per toy, ensuring hundreds of children will experience the magic of the holidays. Gift cards amounting to a total of $3,125 were also collected, along with $750 from dip jar contributions and $100 in cash donations.
Maintenance Supply Solutions proudly sponsored the event and played a crucial role in making the evening a success. Under the dedicated leadership of event Chair Kate Fields from Olympus Property and the FWAA Community Service Committee, the event was an enormous success.
The Merry Movie Christmas Party wasn’t just a festive gathering—it was a testament to community spirit and compassion. Each toy, gift card, and donation brought hope and joy to families in need, reflecting the true meaning of the holiday season.
