Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing emailed to education@livefw.org no later than 10 days prior to the start date of the course. Written confirmation will be sent via e-mail. Substitutions are allowed, no shows will be billed.
Should a cancellation not be received by the deadline but before the start of the program, a $250 restocking fee will be assessed.

Lani Gardner began her multifamily career in 1986 with Chasewood Properties. Throughout her career, Lani has excelled in a variety of roles as both a supplier and owner/operator, including being the Regional VP with Dayrise Residential. As a member of the National Apartment Association EI’s Faculty, Lani’s love for the multifamily industry leads her to share her skills and experience by facilitating industry programs, including NAAEI Credential Programs. Lani has a passion not just for our industry but for the people she serves.
