Power Hour: Maintenance

November 8 @ 9:00 am 10:00 am

Property Winterization Preparedness

Event Details

As we have learned over the past couple of years, Dallas/Fort Worth is not immune to winter weather and storms. These events can leave properties with hefty repair bills and residents with uncomfortable or even uninhabitable living situations. So, how do you prepare for the unplanned and stay ready? Join Jimmy McClung as he takes you through the winterization process to ensure that your community can withstand the winter months.

In this class you will learn:

  • How to properly prepare your asset for the winter months.
  • What expectations should be set during the winterization process?
  • What materials will be needed to winterize your asset and prepare for unforeseen winter emergencies?
