Participants will identify who their internal customers are and discover the similarities between internal and external customer needs. The session will dive into the characteristics of excellent external customer service and demonstrate how those same principles can elevate internal service. By the end of the course, each participant will develop a personalized action plan designed to support implementation and accountability within their organization.
Donna Harbers
JoyShine
Artist and Chief Joy Officer

Donna Harbers is Artist and Chief Joy Officer for JoyShine, the company she founded to help people embrace creativity to live happier, more confident lives.
When Donna founded JoyShine, she had a successful career as Vice President of Education for a major trade association in Texas. She also was a poster-child for high-functioning anxiety, except she didn’t always feel “high functioning.”
One day she started making earrings from polymer clay so that she’d have something special to wear to football games in her small hometown on Friday nights. All the inner voices shouting self-doubt and fear of failure silenced while she had clay in her hands.
Today, Donna’s mission is to help other people experience the confidence and joy that she feels while embracing her own creativity.
Session: Unleashing Creativity: Embracing Failure as a Catalyst for Innovation
Have you ever felt paralyzed by the fear of failure? Yet, the moment you engage in something more creative that fear mysteriously vanishes. You feel energized, excited, and eager to explore. Wouldn’t you love to bring that same energy to your work tasks? In this transformative, hands-on workshop, dive deep into this phenomenon and discover how to harness the power of creative thinking in all aspects of your life.
