About the Instructor
Attorney Roberto ‘Bobby’ Rodriguez Mr. Rodriguez currently focuses his practice in the representation of landlords, multi-family owners, developers, and managers throughout Texas. He assists his clients in a broad range of residential landlord/tenant issues including commercial litigation, evictions, fair housing matters, code enforcement, vendor disputes, and premises liability issues. Ancillary to these matters, Mr. Rodriguez will also handle appeals from these cases. Mr. Rodriguez has years of experience in the courtroom across a wide range of industries and venues having tried countless cases throughout the entirety of Texas. Within these cases Mr. Rodriguez handles all manner of matters and disputes. Mr. Rodriguez guides his clients through the early communication stages through the complete and final litigation of complex matters in both state and federal court.
