Course description:

Wouldn’t it be great if the assistant manager’s position came with a universal list of clearly defined responsibilities?  Or how about an interchangeable nametag (Assistant Manager OR Manager) worn so that residents, peers, and prospects could all know if your word is the final authority?  As with most positions within the property management world there are many hats to be worn, and the assistant manager probably wears the most.  

The Assistant Manager’s Club is an opportunity to identify and consolidate your hats.  

  • We will discuss the ever-popular topic of time management and the importance of organization.  
  • We will touch on best practices related to collections, including a review of TAA Forms associated with notices to residents.   
  • We will engage in conflict resolution. 
  • Lastly, you will be given the necessary tools to assist your transition from “sometime” leader to “all of the time” leader! 

This is not a club for the faint-hearted; rather, it is a club for the overachieving go-getter who wants to further develop his/her skills to ensure career growth and success.

Written confirmation will be sent via e-mail.  Substitutions are allowed, no shows will be billed.
